摘要
论述了农产品中主要污染物的种类、制订我国农产品中污染物控制标准的意义及制订我国农产品中农药残留最大限量应注意的问题。
As globalization and China is approaching WTO, it is extremely important to set up maximum residue limits for pollutants in foodstuff. Now there are 4 major categories of the pollutant to be urgently dealt with for consideration, namely: harmful microorganisms; industrial pollutants, mycotoxins and phycotoxins that are most likely to occur in foods. It is imperative that setting up maximum residue limits for pollutants in accordance with international standards be of essence.
