摘要
遥感技术是环境监测的重要技术手段,能够对大面积的水污染和大气污染事故进行实时监测,为制定科学、快速、准确、合理的应急方案提供技术支撑。为了促进遥感技术在环境监测中的科学运用,从遥感技术的发展及特点、水体的浑浊度、城市污水、水体热污染、水体富营养化、石油污染监测等方面综述了遥感技术在水环境监测中的应用,并从气溶胶、有害气体以及城市热岛效应监测3个典型应用方面综述了遥感技术在大气环境监测中的最新研究进展。提出了环境监测对遥感技术的新需求和应深入研究的方向。
Remote sensing (RS) technology is an important technology in environment monitoring, which can provide technical support for accident monitoring of a large area of water and air pollution as well as scientific, rapid and accurate formulation of contingency plans. In order to promote the scientific use of remote sensing technology in environmental monitoring, the authors introduced the development of RS technology and its features, summarized the application of RS in water environment monitoring from the aspects of water turbidity, city sewage, water heat pollution, eutrophication and oil pollution. And also summarized the new research progress of RS applied in atmospheric environment monitoring from three typical applications of aerosols, harmful gases and the urban heat island effect monitoring. Then proposed the new needs of RS applied in environmental monitoring and its research directions.
