摘要
更有效地开展大学生心理健康教育工作,有针对性地对大学生宿舍人际关系进行辅导极有必要。研究在国内关于大学生宿舍人际关系相关研究的基础上,采用文献法、开放式调查和样本预测提出大学生宿舍人际关系的理论构想,以此为基础自编大学生宿舍人际关系问卷,对865名在校大学生施测。对数据进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析显示,大学生宿舍人际关系问卷由28个项目组成,包括亲融性、深度沟通、人际冲突、积极应对、重要性认知等5个因素。对构成量表的项目分析的结果显示问卷具有较好的信度和效度,可以为进一步研究提供依据与基础。
In order to effectively carry out the university students" psychological health education work and guide college students to dormitory interpersonal coaching, the authors brought up a theoretical hypothesis about dormitory interpersonal relationship for college students on the basis of the study of college students" dormitory in domestic, and on open-ended investigation, overviews of former studies counseling of experts and a test of one small sample. Dormitory interpersonal relationship questionnaire for college students was constructed according to the hypothesis. And after 847 college students were assessed, the results of the exploring factor analysis showed the questionnaire of enterprise consciousness of undergraduate had 28 items, including 5 main factors, i. e. , close sexual harmony, deep communication, interpersonal conflict, activel response, importance cognitive. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire are statistically reasonable.
