摘要
目的探讨Ligasure血管速扎闭合系统在经阴道非脱垂子宫切除术中的应用价值。方法选择因妇科良性疾病需行子宫切除术的患者196例,随机分为观察组(n=98)与对照组(n=98),观察组应用Ligasure血管速扎闭合系统行经阴道非脱垂子宫切除术,对照组采用传统缝扎法行经阴道子宫切除术。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量及术后恢复情况。结果观察组手术时间及术中出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05),两组术后恢复指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用Ligasure血管速扎闭合系统行经阴道非脱垂子宫切除术具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、操作简便安全、术后恢复快等优点,更符合微创观念,易被患者接受。
Objective To investigate the application value of Ligasure electrosurgical bipolar vessel sealing on transvaginal hysterectomy in treatment of non- prolapsed uterus. Methods A total of 196 patients who would undergo hysterectomy for gynecological benign disease were randomly divided into therapy group （ ligasure vessel sealing system group, n = 98） and control group （ traditional surgical group, n = 98 ）. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volum and postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time and intraoperative bleeding volum in therapy group were significantly less than those of in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difter- ences in indexes of postoperative recovery in the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The method of Ligasure applica- tion in transvaginal hysterectomy for non-prolapsed uterus may be a safe, easy and minimally invasive procedure that can be easily accepted by patients.
