摘要
借助动物模型进行体内抗幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter.pylori,H.pylori)感染的研究正在兴起,但目前尚未统一动物模型,因而研究者在面临动物品种、菌种及接种方法的选择时,主观因素很强。近几年来,研究者通过体内抑菌实验发现中药复方具有抗H.pylori的作用,并且对其机制方面也进行了大量研究,包括中药复方调节H.pylori感染动物模型的免疫功能、调节细胞因子水平以及调节氧自由基代谢等方面,从而为寻找、开发抗H.pylori感染治疗药物提供依据。
With animal experiment for anti Helicobacter.pylori ( H.pylori ) infection in vivo is on the rise, the animal model has not been unified yet, so the researchers are in the face of animal species, strain and inoculation method choice, the subjective factor is very strong. In recent years, the researchers has found compound TCM prescirptions can against H.pylori infection through bacteriostatic experiment in vivo, and the mechanism is also studied, including the traditional Chinese medicine compound regulating immune function of H.pylori infection animal model, regulating cytokine levels as well as the metabolism of oxygen free radical and other aspects, so as to provide a basis for finding and developing resistance to H.pylori infection.
