摘要
针对数字温度指示仪表检定效率低、人为误差大且难以溯源到更高等级标准的不足,提出一种基于Internet的远程自动检定系统。系统由设在计量实验室的远端上位机通过网络控制现场端运作,同时利用机器视觉技术采集被检仪表示数,再上传到上位机,并完成数据处理、分析。最终根据检定结果不确定度评定,给出被检仪器的检定结论,生成检定报告。系统可一次自动检定多台被检仪表,对提高数字温度指示仪表检定效率及实现溯源到更高等级标准具有参考价值。
Abstract: Aiming at the status of low efficiency and large human error in the current verification for tempera ture indicating meters which is difficult to trace to the higher level standards, the automatic telcalibration sys tem for digital temperature indicating meters based on Internet has been designed. The operation of the end in worksite is controlled by the remote host computer located in the metrology laboratory which collects readings of meters by using machine vision technology through the network simultaneously, then the remote host computer completes the data processing and analysis. Ultimately, according to uncertainty evaluation in the result, the verification conclusions of the meters are given and verification reports are generated. The system can verify more than one meter one times automatically. The design is valuable to improve the efficiency of the verification for temperature indicating meters and to trace to higher level standards.
