摘要
采用扫描电镜和能谱分析研究了低碳铸钢丸中的夹杂物形貌和组成,并分析了其形成机理和去除途径。结果表明,低碳铸钢丸中存在的夹杂物主要有球形的多元复合氧化物夹杂物,分布在枝晶间的不规则形状的硫化铁和磷化铁二元复合夹杂物以及带尖角的磷化铁、硫化铁和碳化铁的三元复合夹杂物。夹杂物的存在与脱氧不充分和硫、磷含量偏高有关。通过稀土复合脱氧和深度脱磷、脱硫可以显著降低夹杂物的水平。
The morphology and composition of the inclusions in low carbon cast steel shot were studied by SEM equipped with EDS. The formation mechanism and removement method of these inclusions were also discussed. The results show that there are three kinds of inclusions with different morphology in the low carbon cast steel shot: spherical complex oxides, binary complex incusions composed of iron sulfide and iron phosphide with irregular shape distributed in interdendritic region and ternary complex inclusions composed of iron sulfide, iron phosphide and iron carbide with sharp comer. The presence of the inclusions are attributed to the insufficiency of deoxidation and the excess of sulfur and phosphorus. The content of the inclusions can be reduced by RE composite deoxidation and deep desulfurization and dephophorization.
