摘要
利用光学显微镜、拉力试验机及硬度测试仪对薄壁小口径不锈钢管在扩口时出现裂纹、且在加工过程中存在硬度积累现象进行了分析。结果表明,扩口裂纹管的硬度高,晶粒小,晶粒之间尺寸差别大;在加工过程中随拉拔管径变小,其硬度呈线性增长。
The flaring cracks and the hardness accumulation during processing procedure of thin-walled small-diameter stainless steel tube were analyzed by optical microscopy, tensile testing machine and hardness tester. The results show that there is higher hardness and smaller grains in the stainless steel tube with flaring cracks, and the grains is much more different in size; during processing procedure, the hardness is increasing linearly with the smaller of tube diameter.
