miR-34家族在肿瘤及辐射损伤中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 抑癌基因p53调节多种microRNA的表达,其中最典型的是miR-34家族。miR-34以p53依赖的方式诱导下游基因的表达,使细胞周期阻滞,促进细胞凋亡及衰老等。在肿瘤中恢复miR-34的表达可抑制细胞增殖,从而发挥抑癌作用。另外,在辐射损伤中miR-34异常表达以促进DNA损伤修复;增强或抑制miR-34的表达可提高肿瘤的辐射敏感性或增强正常组织的辐射抗性,以达到更好的放疗效果。本文主要综述miR-34在肿瘤中的表达情况及诊断治疗方面的最新进展,并介绍了miR-34在辐射损伤及影响辐射敏感性方面的作用。
