摘要
针对目前电厂锅炉燃煤偏离设计煤种时,易出现结渣严重、排烟温度高、管壁超温和制粉系统爆炸等问题,对电厂在燃煤掺烧过程中常见的煤质特性、掺烧比例的确定、运行方式的调整及掺烧的效果进行分析,并给出了掺烧煤种选择、运行管理和煤场管理方面的建议。指出在锅炉运行时通过燃煤掺烧试验确定掺烧比例和较佳的锅炉运行方式,可以提高锅炉的安全经济性和对煤种的适应性。
In view of heavy slag, high exhaust temperature, excess temperature of tube wall, explosion of coal pulverizing system and other issues when the current power plant coal-fired boiler deviate from the designed coal, analyzes common coal properties, determination of mixing ratio, the operation mode adjustment and blending effect in the coal blending process of plant, and gives recommendations of burning coal selection, operational guidance and coal yard management. Pointed out that through determining the mixing ratio and better boiler operation mode by coal blending test in boiler operation, we can improve the safety and economy of the boiler and its adaptability to coal sort.
