固定矫治中牙面pH变化与釉质脱矿的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨固定矫治过程中牙面釉质脱矿的发生是否与牙面pH的变化存在相关性。方法:随机选取固定矫治脱矿患者17例、固定矫治无脱矿患者43例和未正畸治疗患者60例,分为固定矫治脱矿组、固定矫治无脱矿组和对照组;应用微型蜂式pH电极原位测量上颌前牙唇面pH(固定矫治患者测量托槽龈方),分析比较各组间pH的差异性。结果:3组间前牙唇面pH均存在显著的统计学差异(P<0.05),其中固定矫治脱矿患者上颌前牙唇面pH(5.85±0.19)最低,固定矫治无脱矿组上颌前牙唇面pH(6.47±0.21)次之,对照组上颌前牙唇面pH(6.93±0.23)最高。结论:固定矫治中牙面pH降低、牙面酸性环境增强可能是釉质脱矿发生的机制之一。 Objective The purpose of this paper is to investigate the correlation of the enamel demineralization and the dental surface pH during fixed appliance treatment. Methods 17 undergoing fixed appliance treatment patients with enamel demineralization (enamel demineralization group) and 43 undergoing fixed appliance treatment patients without enamel demineralization (no enamel demineralization group) and 60 untreated patients (control group) were chosen randomly.The labial surface pH of maxillary anterior teeth was directly measured with Beetrode pH microelectrode.The PH differences between groups were investigated. Results The pH of maxillary anterior teeth in undergoing fixed appliance treatment with enamel demineralization group is lowest,followed by undergoing fixed appliance treatment without enamel demineralization group,the pH of maxillary anterior teeth in untreated group is highest.The differences are statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The lower dental surface pH may be considered as one of the mechanisms of the dental demineralization.
