手足口病患儿心肌酶及超敏C反应蛋白检测的临床意义 被引量:24

摘要 目的探讨手足口病(HFMD)患儿心肌酶活性和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)改变的临床意义。方法以30例健康儿童作对照,对51例HFMD患儿进行心肌酶及hs-CRP检测。结果手足口病患儿天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶同工酶(LDH-1)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)和hs-CRP活性均高于健康对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论部分手足口病患儿存在不同程度的心肌损害,心肌酶谱及hs-CRP可作为手足口病患儿合并心肌损害诊断依据和观察病情及判断预后的有效指标。 Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of myocardial enzymes and high sensitivity C-reactive protein in the children with hand-foot and mouth disease(HFMD).Methods Serum myocardial enzymes including AST,LDH,CK,CK-MB,LDH-1,α-HBDH and hs-CRP were examined in 51 cases with HFMD and 30 healthy control group.Results The levels of serum myocardial enzymes and high sensitivity C-reactive protein in the HFMD group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion Different degree of myocardial injury existed in children with HFMD;myocardial enzymes and hs-CRP could be used as a valuable marker for diagnosis,observing tendency,and predicting prognosis of myocardial injury in the children with HFMD.
