摘要
本文通过对1例高脂肪酶血症患者血浆脂肪酶含量和度洛西汀联合奥氮平药物浓度的相关性分析,发现脂肪酶含量随着药物浓度的升高而逐渐上升,提示这两种药物的使用可能致血浆脂肪酶水平升高。
To analyze the lipase level and drug concentration of duloxetine combined with olanzapine in the plasma of one patient with hyperlipasaemia, correlation analysis found that lipase level gradually increased with the increase of drug concentration, suggesting that the application of these two drugs in patients can cause elevated levels of plasma lipase.
