农学类本科生“三位一体”全程导师制的研究与实践 被引量:5

摘要 针对我国高校传统的教育管理模式而导致的"思想教育和专业教育分离"、"教书和育人工作脱节"的现状,在分析总结目前本科生导师制模式的基础上,结合多年来教书育人实践,探索出专业教师全员参与的集体指导制、班主任制和导师制有机协调所构成的本科生"三位一体"全程导师制培养管理新模式,通过全员参与,全程指导,因材施教,重点培养,在彰显学生个性、提高学生综合素质和创新能力等方面取得了良好效果。 In view of the current situation of traditional education management mode that sepa- rates ideological education from professional education and divorces imparting knowledge from talents training in colleges and universities of China, a new management mode of Trinity Whole Course Tutorial System (TWCTS) has been explored based on the summarization of the present undergraduate tutor system pattern, combined with the long-term practical talent training of Ag- ricultural College of Hunan Agricultural University. The TWCTS has achieved good results in the aspects of highlighting the personality of students, improving students comprehensive quality and innovation ability through faculty participation and full supervision to educate in accordance with their aptitude and focus on the talent training with creative and practical abilities.
