摘要
采用高效液相色谱法分析测定环境空气中苯并[a]芘的含量,通过超声法和快速溶剂萃取两种方法提取样品,结果显示,超声法比快速溶剂萃取法准确、灵敏、简便、快速、稳定、杂峰少、费用低;采暖季比非采暖季B[a]P浓度明显增加。
The Benzo[ a ] pyrene ( BaP ) pollution in the ambient air was analyzed with high performance liquid chromatography. The sample was extracted with ultrasonic method and Accelerated Solvent Extraction method. The results show that ultrasonic method are more accurate, more sensitive, easier, quicker, steadier, less miscellaneous peak and lower expense than . B[ a] P in the heating period is larger than that in the non -heating period.
