摘要
以忍冬种子为材料,研究忍冬种子休眠特性并筛选打破休眠的方法以及发芽最佳基质。结果表明,不同忍冬品种种子大小和质量存在显著性差异;低温处理前后忍冬种子胚率从41.57%上升到53.07%,说明低温具有破眠作用;浸种0~2d种子吸水率由0快速上升到52.35%,说明种皮无明显吸水障碍;砂纸摩擦和0.3~0.7g/L赤霉素均可促进忍冬种子破眠,其中砂纸摩擦+0.5g/L赤霉素处理种子发芽率为68.30%,效果最佳;蛭石+松针土(体积比为1∶1)发芽率为10%,是种子发芽最适基质。
Using honeysuckle seed as materials, this article aimed at exploring the dormancy characteristics of honeysuckle seeds and screening effective methods to break dormancy and the optimum matrix. The results showed that the seed size and quality had significantly difference between different honeysuckle germplasms. The embryo rate rose from 41.57% to 53.07% before and after low temperature treatment, indicating that the low temperature promoted honeysuckle seeds dormancy breaking. The bibulous rate of seeds rapidly increased from 0 to 52.35 % after 0-- 2 days seed soaking,indicating that skin had no obvious absorbent obstacles Abrasive paper friction can promote the broking dormancy of honeysuckle seeds and 0.3-0.7 g/L gibbereUin solution also can promote the broken dormancy of honeysuckle seeds, the germination percentage with abrasive paper friction-l-0.5 g/L gibberellin gave the best result of 68.30% emergence perentage. The germination rate with vermiculite mix pine needle soil (1 : 1) was 10%,being the optimum matrix for the growth of honeysuckle seeds.
