摘要
目的探讨显微手术结合脑室外引流术治疗高血压小脑出血的疗效。方法回顺分析2001年2月～2011年9月显微手术结合脑室外引流术治疗高血压性小脑出血66例。结果按GOS评分判断预后：恢复良好28例（42．4％），中度残疾14例（21．2％），重度残疾9例（13．6％），植物生存7例（10．6％），死亡8例（12．1％）。结论显微手术结合脑室外引流术治疗高血压性小脑出血具有创伤小、手术暴露清楚、血肿清除彻底，疗效满意、预后较好等特点，值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the microsurgery and cerebral ventricle drainag results in treatment of serious hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The therapeutic efficacy of 66 cases of hypertensive eerebellar he- morhage treated with mierosurgery after cerebral ventricle drainage from January 2001 to September 2011, was retro- spectively analyzed. Results According to the GOS score：GOS1 were 8 cases,GOS2 were 7cases,GOS3 were 9 ca- ses, GOS 4were 14cases, GOS 5 were 28 cases. Conclusion The results of microsurgery and cerebral ventricle drain- ag in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage are satisfactory and trauma surgical exposure is small, clear, hema- toma and characterized by clear and complete,the prognosis is good.
