摘要
为提高分级效率,研究设计了一种带有蜗壳分离室的旋流器,并利用计算流体动力学技术对其内部流场进行了三维数值模拟,分析了压力场、速度场、密度场的分布规律,得出该旋流器是一种高效率、高精度、高处理能力、节能效果好的煤泥分级旋流器。经现场试用,效果良好。
Researched and designed a cyclone that with a volute separating chamber to increase the classifica- tion efficiency, and the 3D numerical simulation research was done on the inner flow field using computational fluid dynamics, analyzed the distribution law pressure field, velocity field and density field. The research re- sult shows that this is a slime classification cyclone with features of high efficiency, high precision, high trea- ting capacity and energy saving. The application in production obtained good result.
