基于CT断层图像髋关节周围复杂骨折三维数字模型的建立

摘要 目的:探索基于CT断层图像快速准确重建髋关节周围复杂骨折的数字模型及三维可视化途径。方法:基于骨盆的64排螺旋CT连续断层扫描所得的二维图像数据,经Mimics10.01软件分别重建髋关节周围骨折区的三维结构,并对重建部位进行基本测量。结果:Mimics10.01医学图像处理软件对骨盆64排CT扫描的Dicom格式数据进行三维重建后的图像结构清晰,经切割后可清晰显示髋关节各重要结构,再现髋关节骨折部位的骨折情况,与术前影像资料与术中所见基本吻合。结论:根据CT断层扫描所得的Dicom格式数据,Mimics10.01软件可迅速、准确的建立骨折部位的三维立体可视化结构,为手术提供了客观依据。 Objective: To explore a fast and accurate approach to reconstruct the digital models and 3D visualization method of complex fractures around the hip joint based on CT slice images.Method: Data of two-dimensional images of 64slice spiral CT scans of the pelvic were processed by Mimics 10.01 to reconstruct three-dimensional structures of fractures around the hip joint.Some preliminary measurements were performed on the restructured parts.Results: The image structures upon the treatment of Mimics 10.01 on the Dicom Format data are clearly shown.The key structures and fractures of hip joins can be clearly demonstrated upon medical cutting,which correspond with the preoperative images data and intraoperative findings.Conclusions: 3D visualization image structure of the fracture site can be quickly and accurately established on the Dicom format data out of CT slice images by applying Mimics10.0.It provides objective foundations for the subsequent surgery.
