摘要
目的调查及分析本院抗菌药物的使用状况。方法对在2010～2011年间在我院接受治疗的患者采取抽样调查的方法抽取相关患者的相关病例资料,从这些患者的病例资料中对我院抗菌药物的使用状况进行相应的调查和分析,总共抽取了1236份患者的病例用于本次的调查分析。结果从本次调查发现,我院患者抗菌药物的使用率为78.07%,在抗菌药物的使用方法上面,我院的主要使用方式为联合使用,妇科和科为抗菌药物使用较多的科室,在抗菌药物的选择方面我院使用最多的类型为头孢类。结论我院在抗菌药物的使用上面虽然在全国处于中等水平,但在具体的使用过程中仍然存在着不合理的现象,必须进一步加强相关人员的培训和管理,争取将不合理使用抗菌药的现象降到最低。
Objective Survey and Analysis between 2010 and 2011 on hospital mltimicrobial drug use. Methods Be- tween 2010 to 201 l in our hospital to accept the treatment of patients to take a sample survey methods to extract relevant pa- tient-related case information from these patients＇ case information to the appropriate investigation and analysis of hospitM antimi- crobial drug＇s usage. 1236 were cases of patients with a total sample for this survey analysis. Results The survey found that the use of antimicrobial agents in patients with hospital between 2010 and 2011 was 78.07% above the use of antimicrobial drugs, the main use of the hospital for joint use, gynecological and scientific use of antibiotics compared with the number of departments, the selection of antimicrobial drugs in our hospital to use most types of cephalosporins. Conclusion The hospital in the antinficrobial drug use above the country at a medium level, hut still exists in the specific process of using unreasonable phenomenon, we must further strengthen personnel training and management, to fight the irrational use of antimicrobial agents phenomenon down to a min- imum.
