摘要
大量的事故调查显示人的因素在企业安全生产过程中起着重要的作用,科学评价企业职工安全素质是保证生产安全的重要途径。通过系统分析相关文献资料,运用综合法建立了职工安全素质评价指标体系;基于多级物元分析法的原理,构建了企业职工安全素质评价的多级物元模型,并将该模型应用于某企业职工安全素质评价,其评价结果与实际情况相符合,表明将多级物元分析法应用于企业职工安全素质评价是可行的;该方法计算简单,且能较好的解决评价指标间不相容的问题,提高评价结果的合理性和精确性。
A large number of accident investigations show that human factor plays an important role in the process of enterprises safety production,so the reasonable evaluation for employee safety quality is important for ensuring the production safety.Through systematic analysis of relevant literature material,the comprehensive evaluation index system about employee safety quality was built with the method of synthesis.On the basis of principle of multilevel matter-element analysis,the multilevel matter-element model of enterprise worker safety quality evaluation was constructed,then an actual example was selected to the application of the model,the evaluation result of the actual example accorded with actual situation and it showed that multilevel matter-element analysis is feasible for enterprise worker safety quality evaluation.Multilevel matter-element analysis is simple in calculations,it can solve the irrelevant problem between evaluation indexes and improve the rationality and accuracy of the evaluation result.
