摘要
工学结合、校企合作是高职院校人才培养的根本途径,但在目前高职院校的校企合作中,还存在着深层次合作少、校企合作管理协调性差、校企合作冷热不均等问题。本文通过分析校企合作难以深入的原因,提出了构建"四位一体五对接"的校企合作育人机制的设想。
The combination of learning with working and cooperating between school and enterprise is the basic way of training high skilled talents in higher vocational colleges,which has been the consensus among various higher vocational colleges and educators.However,cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises has some problems.For example,the cooperation is lack of deep collaboration,the management for the school-enterprise cooperation has not well enough coordination,and the collaboration sometimes is not in balance.Through the analysis of the reasons for difficulty in deepening cooperation,this article presented the personnel training system of school-enterprise cooperation which called "the 'Four in One' and 'Five Agreements' of educating people in projects".
