摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法经冷冻干燥制备了不同AP含量的RF/AP纳米复合材料。用FTIR、XRD、SEM、BET比表面积分析仪及TG/DSC对RF/AP纳米复合材料进行了表征。结果表明,溶胶-凝胶制备过程对AP结构及晶型未造成破坏。当AP质量分数小于60%,随着AP含量的增加,RF/AP纳米复合材料的比表面积由11.23m2.g-1下降至0.29m2.g-1。且RF/AP纳米复合材料的放热峰温逐渐延后,放热量逐渐增加;但与纯AP相比,复合材料放热峰温提前100℃。当AP质量分数为60%时,放热量达到2 854.9J/g。 Resorcinol-formaldehyde/ammonium perchlorate(RF/AP) nanocomposite with different AP contents were prepared by the sol-gel and freeze drying method and characterized by FTIR,XRD,SEM,BET and TG/DSC methods.Results show that the sol-gel process can't destroy the crystal structure of AP.When AP content is lower than 60%,with AP content increasing the surface area of RF/AP nanocomposite decreases from 11.23m2·g-1 to 0.29m2·g-1,the exothermic peak temperature and the heat output of the composite increases.In comparison with pure AP,the exothermic peak temperature of RF/AP nancomposite shifts about 100℃ downwards.When the AP content is up to 60%,the heat output of the composite increases to 2 854.9J/g.
