摘要 本文详细地研究了环氧树脂为母体 ,丙烯酸类单体接枝共聚物组成的自交联阴极电泳涂料的配方和合成工艺条件 ,确定了环氧树脂的环氧值、丙烯酸单体配比、接枝共聚反应温度与时间及有机胺等因素 ,同时探讨了它们对树脂及漆膜性能的影响。 In this paper detail research on the formula and synthetic technology conditions of self crosslinking cathodic electrodeposition coating was made,which based on epoxy resin as the matrix with acrylic monomers grafting and copolymerization.The factors containing the epoxy value,ratios of acrylic monomers,temperature and time of copolymerization reaction as well as organic amine were determined.The effects of the conditions on the properties of resin and film were discussed.
