共建环境下PBL教学法在基层医院护理教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨共建环境下,基层医院护理教学工作开展PBL教学法的可行性及现实意义。方法:以2011年1~4月50名实习护生为对照组,采用传统的LBL教学法;以2012年1~4月的50名实习护生为试验组,在临床实习中实施以授课为基础的传统教学法,采用问卷调查和理论考核的方式对教学效果进行比较。结果:PBL教学法可充分调动护生学习的主动性,提高实习生解决问题的能力。结论:在共建环境下,基层医院开展PBL教学法具有一定的可行性和现实意义,适合目前护理工作的发展趋势。 Objective:To investigate the feasibility and practical significance of PBL teaching method in primary hospital under the build envirenment.Methods:We taked 50 interns from January to April in 2011 as the control group and used the traditional LBL teaching,taked 50 interns from January to April in 2012 as the experimental group and used the PBL teaching in the clinical practice,compared effectiveness of two teaching methods by using the questionnaire investigation and theoretical assessment.Results:The PBL teaching methods could aroused students learning initiative,enhanced students ability to solve problems.Conclusion:In the environment of building together carrying out the PBL teaching has certain feasibility and practical significance in the primary hospital and is suitable for the development trend of the current nursing work.
