摘要
在中阶梯光栅刻划中,环境温度的稳定性对光栅精度的提高是非常重要的。采用ARM9内核芯片S3C2440A为控制器,设计了一种嵌入式高精度温度控制系统,可实现现场显示、实时控制等功能。传感器使用了三线制铂电阻温度传感器Pt1000测量温度值。加热或制冷器件采用半导体制冷片。阐述了系统的构成原理和实现流程,重点介绍了系统的硬件结构。系统的特点是通过PWM控制半导体制冷片,使其既能制冷也能制热。结合PID神经元网络算法,实验表明系统的硬件电路简单、控制精度好、可靠性高,且易于改进。
In the ruling of the echelle grating, the stability of environment temperature is important to the precision of grating. This paper introduces a high precision and embedded system of temperature control with S3C - 2440A controller based on ARM9 kernel chip. This system could realize real-time shows,real-time control and other functions. Temperature was measured by Pt1000 temperature sensor of platinum resistor with three wires. A Piece of semic-onductor refrigeration was used to heat up or refrigerate. This paper introduces the systematic theory of constitute-on and realization process, especially the hardware structure of system. With the algorithm of neural network PID, the experiments show that hardware circuit of system is of simplicity, high control accura- ry and high reliability, moreover it is easy to improve.
