摘要 针对CMOS温度传感器对低功耗、高集成和灵活性的要求,介绍了一个CMOS集成温度传感器的外围数字电路框架,针对框架内不同的模块电路进行设计并仿真,最后下载到FPGA上并借助Signal TapⅡ工具实现硬件分析。在功能和时序方面验证了该设计的正确性。 According to demand for low power, high integration and flexibility of CMOS temperature sensor, one scheme of pe- ripheral digital circuit was introduced for CMOS integrated temperature sensor. Design and simulation were made according to vari- ous modules in the scheme;finally it was downloaded in FPGA, and analysed via Signal TapⅡ. The design was verified in function and time sequence.
