阿托伐他汀钙对冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者血浆骨桥蛋白及脂代谢的影响 被引量：10

摘要 目的通过阿托伐他汀钙的干预治疗,观察冠心病(CHD)合并2型糖尿病(DM)患者的血浆骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)及脂代谢水平,明确阿托伐他汀钙对CHD合并DM患者的疗效。方法将20例经冠脉造影及依1999年世界卫生组织(WHO)DM诊断标准确诊的CHD合并DM患者患者分别为治疗前组和治疗后组,对比分析两组外周血中骨桥蛋白及血脂变化。结果治疗前组和治疗后组比较,治疗后组OPN水平、血甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)明显降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平较治疗前组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙可能通过抑制OPN的过度表达及脂代谢异常而有助于CHD合并DM的防治。
