摘要
随着微博客、社交网站、视频分享网站等新媒体的迅速崛起,高校网络舆论环境进一步社会化,成为反映大学生思想动态的风向标和晴雨表。然而,当前高校共青团对网络舆情的引导能力仍十分薄弱,存在着引导观念滞后、管理形式单一、应急准备不足、处置方式被动、舆情监控系统不完善、干预机制不健全等诸多问题。提高高校团干部对网络舆情的引导和处置能力,构建和谐的校园网络文化环境和科学的网络舆情引导体系具有十分重要的意义。
With the rapid rise of new media such as microlog, social web, video sharing sites, online public opinion circumstances in colleges and universities are further publicized and students＇ thought are reveled in public. However, the Youth League is weak in guiding public opinion, which means the League is slow in leading, a single way in management, lack of response to the urgent, dealing with affairs passively, insufficient monitoring system and intervention mechanisms. It is important to improve the Youth League online public opinion guidance ability to establish a scientific online public opinion guidance system and harmonious network cultural enivironment.
