摘要
城市化进程的稳步推进导致土地资源日益锐减,更加适合可持续发展要求的紧凑社区发展模式被及时提出,而其适宜空间规模将是极具探究性的问题,本文试从公建高效配置、舒适心理认知、绿地合理布局和公共空间尺度四个层面分析,尝试对紧凑社区的用地规模、人口密度、建筑密度、容积率等技术指标提出适宜的量化参数,并引入绿容量、公共空间体量两个新的指标系数,期望能为即将全面展开的社区建设提供一定价值的参考。
City urbanization steadily led to land resources dropped quickly, compact community development mode is put forward in time to adapt to the requirements of the sustainable development, and the suitable space scale will be an exploratory problem, this article will from the four levels to analysis, such as the efficient allocation of public service facilities, comfortable psychological cognitive, reasonable distribution of green space and public spatial scale, try to make appropriate quantitative parameters in land size, population density, building density, rate and other technical indicators for compact community, then introduce the green space, public space capacity as two new index coefficient, expect to provide some valuable reference for community construction.
