摘要
利用金相显微镜、硬度计、材料动态试验机研究了回火工艺对连续油管钢CT80组织与性能的影响。结果表明,经560℃保温30 min回火处理的连续油管钢,具有较均匀的组织,抗拉强度和屈强比分别达680.6 Mpa和0.74。
The effects of different tempering process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of coiled tubing steel CT80 are investigated by metallographic microscope,hardness tester and material test system dynamic tester.The results indicate that the microstructure is relatively uniform,the tensile strength and yield ratio reach 680.6 MPa and 0.74 respectively after tempering at 560 ℃ for 30 min.
