摘要
高校图书馆作为高等教育的组成部分,在信息资源共享的背景下应从资源建设、人才建设、服务创新、科学管理多方面加强核心竞争力构建,以便更好地服务于高校的教学与科研、更好地服务于读者。
The university library as an important part of higher education, in the information resources sharing under the background, from the resources construction, personnel construction, service innovation, scientific management to enhance core competitiveness construction, in order to better serve the teaching and scientific research, to better serve the readers.
