摘要
随着实体经济的复苏,一方面由于物流业成为国家十大产业调整和振兴规划行业之一,使得企业急需各类物流人才,却出现"用工荒"的局面;另一方面,因为高校扩招,十多年来物流人才培养规模增大,使得大批物流专业毕业生就业前景并不乐观,又出现"就业难"的困境。"十二五"时期是我国经济结构调整和发展方式转变的关键时期,解决物流人才供需矛盾也迫在眉睫。
With the recovery of entity economy,on one hand because the logistics industry has become one of the ten national supporting industries in industrial adjusting and planning,the logistic enterprises have urgent needs of logistics personnel and encounter labor shortage;on the other hand,because of the college enrollment expansion a great number of logistics graduates have less optimistic job markets and undergo employment difficulty.The " Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period is the key time for our country to adjust and change economic structure and develop it.So it is imminent to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of logistics talent.
