摘要
产学研结合是发展高等职业教育的必由之路。发展高校的产学研结合育人模式,需要研究企业需求与学校育人之间的"无缝"对接、政府宏观调控对产学研结合的引导与促进作用、科研工作在高职人才培养中的地位与作用及内环型产学研结合等问题。
The integration of education, production and research is the only road to develop the higher vocational education. To develop this integration model, a seamless butt is needed between the enterprise demands and college education, the macro - control by government is needed to guide and promote the integration, scientific research is needed to be fixed in the vocational talents＇ education and an inner ring type of integration is needed to be formed.
