摘要
对４６例不稳定性心绞痛患者在常规内科治疗的基础上，加用通心络治疗，测定血清 ＣＴｎＴ、心肌酶谱（ｃｋ，ｃｋ－ＭＢ）浓度，结果服用通心络组心绞痛积分数为２．７２±１．８５ｕｇ／Ｌ，明显低 于常规治疗组（３．７６±２．５５ｕｇ／Ｌ，Ｐ＜０．０１）。不稳定性心绞痛患者中ＣＴｎＴ＞０．２ｕｇ／Ｌ的心血管事 件发生率明显高于ＣＴｎＴ正常者（３３．３％比５．０％，Ｐ＜０．０１），ＣＴｎＴ的阴性预期值达９５％。
cases of unstable angina pectoris treated with Tong-xing-luo group is 2. 72 ± 1. 85μg/L,and it is very lower than that of regular group (3. 76 ± 2. 55μg/L,P＜O. o1). CTnT in the patients of unstable angina pectoris is bigger than of equal to 0.2μg/L,and it is very higher than that of regular group(P < 0.01) 。Negative expectant value of CTnT is 95%.
