摘要
CO-OP教育的核心是将课堂上的理论学习与真实的工作经历结合起来,体现了"学中做,做中学"的高度统一,对学校、企业和学生个人都会带来收益。借鉴北美CO-OP教育经验,我国在发展CO-OP教育过程中,也应成立专门的CO-OP教育管理机构,大力宣传CO-OP教育,理清CO-OP教育中学生、企业和学校的权益,同时在具体实施层面规范CO-OP教育的操作程序,建立严格、完善的推荐与审核制度,明确CO-OP教育的时间,强化考核与评价。
The core of Co-operative education is combining the theoretical study in classrooms with the real working experience,which embodies the high unification of "doing by learning,learning by doing",and will benefit schools,enterprises and students.By taking example of Co-operative education in North America,in order to develop Co-operative education,China should take the following measures: establish the specialized management institution for Co-operative education,vigorously disseminate the Co-operative education,and definite the rights of students,enterprises and schools in Co-operative education.Meanwhile,in specific implementation level,it is necessary to regulate the operational procedure of Co-operative education,establish the strict and perfect recommendation and audit system,clear the time of Co-operative education and strengthen the assessment and evaluation.
