Analysis of Volatile Components in Leaves of Lindera communis Hemsl.by SPME-GC-MS

摘要 利用固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术对香叶树的叶片挥发性成分进行研究。共鉴定出25个化学成分,占挥发性总成分的92.55%。香叶树的主要挥发性化学成分是月桂烯(18.15%),β-蒎烯(12.08%),α-蒎烯(11.94%)及β-石竹烯(8.64%)等。 The volatile components in leaves of Lindera communis Hemsl.were analysized by SPME-GC-MS.25 compounds were identified,which accounted for 92.55%of total volatile components.The main compounds in the volatile components are myrcene(18.15%),beta-pinene (12.08%),alpha-pinene(11.94%)and beta-caryophyllene(8.64%).
