褐煤蜡脱树脂及其氧化精制 被引量:4

摘要 研究了用甲苯将3个不同产地的褐煤粗蜡脱去树脂成分,并对所得的脱脂蜡进行氧化精制的研究。采用正交试验设计方法考察第一次氧化时间、第二次氧化时间、氧化剂用量比例、酸用量比例对精制蜡颜色的影响,结果表明,酸用量比例对精制蜡颜色的影响达到显著水平,一次氧化时间、二次氧化时间和氧化剂用量比例影响不显著。优化工艺条件为:T_1为5h,T_2为3h,投料与氧化剂用量比例为1;2.8(m/m),投料与酸用量比例为1:5(m/V),在此条件下所得精制蜡颜色最浅,产率最高达83.5%。在最佳工艺条件下对3种脱脂蜡进行氧化对比研究,从蜡色上看,峨山精制蜡较白,接近昭通蜡,而寻甸蜡颜色微带黄色。对结果进行分析,寻甸蜡质相对而言较差,峨山蜡更具经济价值。 Resin in montan waxes from three different producing areas was removed by toluene that was investigated,the oxidation refinement technology of obtained resin montan was studied.The influences of the first reaction time,the second reaction time,proportion of oxidant and proportion of acid on color of refined waxes were investigated by orthogonal tests.Results showed that the effect of acid dosage ratio reached significant level,but other three factors were not significant.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:T_1 of 5h,T_2 of 3h,ratio of material to oxidant of 1:28(m/m), ratio of material to acid dosage of 1:5(m/V).Under this conditions,the color of refined waxes was lightest and the yield can be up to 83.5%.Then comparison oxidation of three kind of waxes was investigated under optimum conditions.Results show that the color of ershan and zhaotong waxes are similar,that is near white and lighter than Xundian waxe.The results are analyzed to obtain that quality of Xundian is crude and ershan has more economic value.
