摘要
针对变压器油中铜含量过高将导致介损升高等问题可能引起安全事故,提出了用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定变压器油中微量铜的原理和方法。通过正交试验,确定了方法的最佳条件。测量铜的线性范围为0—1.0μg/mL,回收率为90.9%—105.0%,精密度为2.7%—4.9%,可以用于测量变压器油中微量铜。
On account of the possible safety misadventures caused by rising coefficient of dielectrical loss as a result of over copper in transformer oil,according to no related provision problem in national or industrial standard about content of impurities copper in current situation,the principle and method for detecting micro copper in current situation by FAAS was proposed.The optimal conditions were confrimed through orthogonal tests.The linear range of determining copper was from 0 to 1.0μg/mL,recoveries ranged between 90.9%and 105.0%,and precision of 2.7%—4.9%.The method can be applied to detecting micro copper in transformer oil.
