摘要
[目的]探讨多菌灵及三唑类杀菌剂对水生生物的毒性。[方法]以不同鱼龄的日本青鳉(Oryzias latipes)为研究对象,采用半静态暴露法,测定了多菌灵、三唑醇、三唑酮3种杀菌剂对日本青鳉的急性毒性。[结果]多菌灵、三唑醇、三唑酮3种杀菌剂对日本青鳉成鱼、幼鱼、仔鱼的LC50(96 h)值分别为:0.749 8、0.464 6、0.051 2 mg/L;20.541 5、14.486 6、1.473 5 mg/L;12.470 7、11.020 2、0.353 6mg/L。单一杀菌剂对日本青鳉不同鱼龄毒性高低依次为:仔鱼>幼鱼>成鱼;3种杀菌剂之间毒性高低依次为:多菌灵>三唑酮>三唑醇。[结论]为相关部门制定3种杀菌剂的使用标准提供了理论依据。
[Objective] To discuss the acute toxicity of carbendazim,triadimefon and triadimenol to aquatic organism.[Method] With Japanese Medaka(Oryzias latipes)at different ages as the study objects,the acute toxicity of carbendazim,triadimenol and triadimefon were determined by using semi-static exposure method.[Result] LC50(96 h) values of carbendazim,triadimenol and triadimefon separately to adult fish,juvenile and larvae of Japanese Medaka were as follows: 0.749 8,0.464 6,0.051 2 mg/L;20.5415,14.486 6,1.473 5 mg/L;12.470 7,11.020 2,0.353 6 mg/L.The toxicity of single bactericide to Japanese Medaka is larvae juvenile adult fish,the extent of three fungicides toxicity is carbendazim triadimefon triadimenol.[Conclusion] The study provides theoretical basis for utilization standard making of three fungicides.
