胶原酶溶核术联合硬膜外注药治疗颈、腰椎间盘突出症的疗效 被引量:2

Efficacy of coilagenase nucleolysis combined with epidural drug injection for the treatment of cervical and lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

摘要 目的观察胶原酶溶核术联合硬膜外注药术治疗颈、腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法颈、腰椎间盘突出症患者406例,采用胶原酶溶核术联合硬膜外注药进行治疗。于治疗前和治疗后3、12个月时采用疼痛强度评分(VAS)评估疼痛程度,并观察治疗前后临床体征变化。结果显效、有效、好转、无效率依次为82.0%(333/406例)、9.4%(38/406例)、5.7%(23/406例)、3.0%(12/406例);与治疗结束,PN相比,治疗后3、12个月时VAS评分下降;51岁以上年龄组疗效较其他年龄组差,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论胶原酶溶核术联合硬膜外注药术是治疗颈、腰椎间盘突出症的有效疗法。 Objective To observe the efficacy of collagenase chemonucleolysis combined with epidural drug injection in the treatment of cervical and lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods Four hundred and six patients with intervertebral disc herniation received collagenase chemonucleolysis and epidural drug injection. VAS and clinical signs were recorded at pretreatment and 3,12 months after the treatment. Results The excellent, effective, improved and ineffective rates were 82.0% (333/406), 9.4% (38/406), 5.7% (23/406) and 3.0M (12/406) respdctively. Compared with immediately after treatment, VAS significantly decreased at 3, 12 months after the treatment. The efficacy in the patients over 51 years was inferior to the youngers (P〈0.05). Conclusion Collagenase chemonucleolysis combined with epidural injection is an effective therapy for the treatment of cervical and lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
