摘要 长片段非编码RNA(long non—coding RNA,LncRNA)是肿瘤病理中涉及致癌及抑癌的调控通路中的重要的新型分子。LncRNA在人类许多疾病,特别是在癌症中异常表达,但其中绝大多数的生物学功能并不明确。近年来有关LncRNA的分子机制逐渐清晰,人们对发病较高的肝癌、乳腺癌、肺癌以及前列腺癌中表达差异的LncRNA的进行深入探索,也为未来肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供了非常有价值的科学依据。 Long non-coding RNA (LncRNA) is both oncogenic and tumor suppressive pathways.
