太湖流域人群呼吸暴露参数研究 被引量:9

Study on respiratory exposure parameters of people in Taihu Lake basin

摘要 目的研究太湖流域人群的呼吸暴露参数。方法于2011年7月-2012年4月对太湖流域江苏南部3个城市(无锡、常州、镇江)4225名居民开展问卷调查,结合人体能量估算模型,计算该地区不同年龄组人群的呼吸速率,并与国内外人群呼吸暴露参数进行对比。结果太湖流域18~30岁、31~60岁男性人群呼Ⅱ发速率分别为19.28、17.91 m3/d,女性人群呼吸速率分别为13.87、14.28m3/d;男、女性人群的呼吸速率平均值分别为18.68、14.03m,/d,均低下我国成年男性和女性人群,比温岭男性和女性人群高33.91%和28.95%;太湖流域男性呼吸速率比美国男性低12.71%,女性比美国高18.90%。太湖流域成人的平均呼吸速率为16.47m3/d,比日本成人低4.80%。结论太湖流域人群呼吸速率与其他同家和地区有所不同,本研究为提高流域人群健康风险评价的准确性奠定了基础。 Objective To discuss the breath exposure parameter of people in Taihu Lake basin. Methods During July 2011 to April 2012, 4 225 residents of three cities (Wuxi, Changzhou, Zhenjiang) in Taihu Lake basin of the southern part ot Jiangsu province were selected and questionnaire was conducted. The estimation model of human body's energy was combined and conducted to the respiratory rate of people with different age groups in this area. In addition, the respiratm-y rate exposure parameters of people in research area were compared with them at home and abroad. Results The respiratory rales of the males in Taihu Lake basin aged 18 to 30 and aged 31 to 60 were 19.28 and 17.91 m3/d respectively, the respiratory rates of the feumles of these two age groups in this basin were 13.87 and 14.28 m3/d respectively. The long-term respiratory rate of the males and females in this basin were 18.68 md/d and 14.03 m3/d respectively, which were lower than the respiratory rate mean values of Chinese males and females, was 12.71% lower than that in USA, while the respiratory rate of the females in basin was 18.90% higher than that in USA. The respiratory rate mean value of people in basin was 16.47 m3/d, which was 4.80% lower than that of Japanese. Conclusion Because of the differences of race and activity, the respiratory rates of them are different. In this study, the respiratory rate of people in various age groups in Taibu Lake basin has obtained, which may improve accuracy of health risk assessment.
