摘要
采用间歇式反应器对碎煤加压气化废水的超临界水氧化处理效果开展了探索性试验研究,以污水处理达标为目标,对过程中的工艺条件及有害物质的去除效果进行了深入研究和评价。试验结果表明,温度和氧化系数对COD、NH3-N、挥发酚去除率效果显著,压力和反应时间影响不明显。优化条件下,利用SCWO技术处理煤气化废水,无需经过预处理及后续深度处理即可使出水主要指标达到国家一级排放标准。在此基础上,针对超临界水处理特点结合煤气化工艺路线创新性地提出组合工艺方案,以实现系统物料及能量的充分利用。
The experiments of supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) of waste water fi'om coal gasification were conducted in a batch reactor. The effects of several operation conditions on removing efficiencies of harmful substances in waste water were studied and evaluated. The results indicated that increasingternperature, higher oxidation ratio promoted the removal of harmful substances, while pressure and reaeting time gave smaller influence. Under the optimized conditions, the water treated by SCWO can reach the discharge standard without pretreatment and subsequent processing. Furthermore, an innovative combined process program was suggested in order to fully utilize the material and energy of the system.
