摘要
新加坡南洋理工学院将企业环境引入学校,在校内建设技术先进、设备完善、环境逼真的教学工厂;以企业项目为载体,采用"2+1"双轨制教学模式来组织实施教学,实现了知识与能力相结合、理论与实践相结合、学校与企业相结合、教学与研发相结合;营造"无界化"校园文化,广泛开展跨专业、跨学系的项目合作,促进不同学系间的合作与交流,促进教学资源的充分利用。其成功的经验和独具特色的办学理念对高等职业院校建设具有很好的借鉴作用。
By integrating enterprise environment with teaching environment, Nanyang polytechnic has formed teaching factory with advanced technology, perfect equipment and high fidelity environment. It organizes teaching by using curriculum model of "2+1" bipartite system to realize docking in theory and practice, schools and enterprises, and teaching and research. It also develops project cooperation in cross-discipline and multi-discipline by building a culture of non-national boundaries to promote co- operation and exchanges among different subjects. The successful experience and education philosophy in its own characteristics are of great reference in guiding the construction of the higher vocational col- lege in China.
