摘要
为了有效提升创新型人才培养实效,提出了多元协同的基本构想,创建了"闭环式"协同运行机制架构,其主要包括多元协同制定培养方案、实施团队指导、组建学生团队、师生协同研究、校企联合培养和跨校(院系)协同培养等协同内容,进而提出了优化课程体系、改革教学方法、强化实践教学、建立导师制、搭建创新平台及改革评价方法等创新型人才培养实现路径。
In order to promote the new-created talents cultivation actual effects, the author generalizes that the foundations on are the definition in new-create & innovative competence,analyzes the status quo and the problem causes,puts forward the basic conception of multi-dimensional cooperation,creates the operative architecture of a "closed-loop"collaboration,for multi-cooperation drafted training plan;implemented group guidance,established student group,teacher-student cooperation research;between the cooperation on the contents explained across universities and college-department;probed into the achieving way of new-created talents cultivation among the optimization of curriculum system;reformed teaching methods;strengthened the practice teaching;established the tutor system;set up the new platform and reformed evaluation methods etc.
