基于WEB的太湖水资源远程影像智能预警技术研究

摘要 为提高蓝藻污染综合治理效率,降低环境监测人员负荷,研究基于影像的远程实时智能预警技术,构建了基于WEB的太湖水资源远程影像智能预警系统;该系统利用GPRS/GSM技术将淡水湖面水资源影像实时传送给远端服务器,环境监测人员以不同的权限进入WEB监控平台,通过实时网络访问、控制、管理监控终端各个模块,观测和处理图像数据,提高了监测的灵活性和便捷性;开发了基于经验RGB值域的自动预警评估模块,实现了对水体蓝藻污染的远程影像智能预警;该智能预警系统在无锡太湖水域自来水水库入口处监测点进行了应用试验,实践表明:本系统可以实现对水资源影像的远程监控和智能预警并取得良好效果。 In order to improve the efficiency of comprehensive management of the cyanobacteria pollution, and reduce the burden of envi- ronmental monitoring personnel, the image-- based real-- time remote intelligent prewarning technology is studied and the WEB-- based intel ligent prewarning system for the Taihu Lake is developed. The GPRS/GSM technology is used to transmit the image information of the water surface to a remote server. The WEB-- based monitoring platform is available for the monitoring personnel with different permissions. Through real--time network access, control, management and monitoring terminal modules, the personnel can observe and process the image data. All these operations greatly improve the monitoring flexibility and convenience. The automatic prewarning and evaluation module based on the empirical RGB value range is developed, and the remote intelligent prewarning on the cyanobacteria pollution is accomplished. Experi- ments on the intelligent prewarning system have been accomplished on the entrance of water reservoir near the Taihu Lake in Wuxi, and the results with good prewarning efficieney have been obtained.
