摘要
储液软包密封性是软包设备的一个重要参数;本研究以检测储液软包密封性为目的,探索设计一款基于AD620的高精度应变式传感器;对应变片桥路供电方式、传感器调零方式及传感器调理电路做了认真分析;经实验验证,在最小模拟泄漏情况下(1N变化),传感器超差大于千分之三的判定级别,能够检测到泄漏信号,无泄漏情况下(小于1N)则远小于千分之三的判定级别,能有效地避免误判;所以,该电路能够满足传感器的高精度、高稳定性、低噪声输出,为数据处理端提供一个可靠的采样数据。
The tightness of liquid storing soft bag is one important parameter for soft package equipment. In order to detecting the tight- ness of liquid storing soft bag, a high precision strain sensor was explored and designed in this paper. A careful analysis were given on the power supply method of bridge circuit, the zero way and the conditioning circuits of this sensor. The experiment results proved that in the least simulation leakage case (1N change), the sensor outoftolerance judge level is more than 3‰, which is possible to detect leakage sig- nals; while the no leakage cases (less than 1N) which is far less than 3‰ of the judgement level, can effectively avoid miscalculation. So a signal of low noise, high stability and high precision could be outputted with this circuit, and a reliable sampling data could be provided for the date processing port.
