Research progress of mTOR signaling pathway and non-small cell lung cancer

摘要 哺乳动物雷帕霉索靶蛋白(mammalian target of rapamycin,mTOR)在细胞生长、增殖、分化、周期调控等多个方面扮演重要角色。mTOR信号通路的调控异常与非小细胞肺癌(non—small cell lung cancer。NSCLC)的发生、发展,特别是治疗及转归密切相关。在很多NSCLC患者中,存在mTOR信号通路的异常激活。多项令人鼓舞的临床前试验及临床试验数据提示,mTOR抑制剂在NSCLC的靶向治疗中显示出良好的应用前景。 Mammalian target of rapamycin (roTOR) plays a central role in cell growth and reproduction,cell differentiation,and cell cycle regulation. Dysregulation in roTOR signaling pathway is closely associated with the occurrence and development of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), particularly in the treatment and prognosis, roTOR signaling pathway is frequently hyperactivated in NSCLC patients. Encourage data from numerous preelinieal and clinical studies show roTOR inhibitors have a promising therapeutic option for the targeted treatment of NSCLC.
