摘要
设计了一种四电极电导率传感器,介绍了该电导率传感器的测量原理、结构形式、测量电路及制作工艺,并阐述了探头制作材料的选取过程。通过对其进行性能实验,验证此仪器具有测量精度高、性能稳定等特点,并且此传感器还具有使用寿命长、测量范围广、价格便宜、实现了远距离自动化测量等优点,特别适用于水环境监测和水质污染控制等领域中。
A four-electrode conductivity sensor is designed,the measuring principle,structure form,measuring circuit and fabrication technology of the conductivity sensor are introduced,and the selection process of materials for probe fabrication is formulized.Through performance test,it is verified that this instrument has advantages of high measuring precision,stable performance,long life,wide measuring range,low price,and remote automatic measurement,it is especially suitable for the fields of water environment monitoring and water quanlity pollution control.
